Refund and Returns Policy

We do our best to offer you the most satisfying products at reasonable cost, which you may enjoy for a long time. But, in case of a return and exchange-
  1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the original tags properly attached to the products.
  2. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@singaarglobal.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  3. When returning the product, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
  4. Return or exchange should be notified to us via mail (info@singaarglobal.com) within 7 days of receiving the product.
  5. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
  6. In case of exchange of products, we provide a Store credit which can be utilized anytime within 1 month from the date of issue.
  7. Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  8. After the returned goods are processed, you will get store credit for the amount after adjusting it with shipping cost. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later. 
  9. Generally, returns or exchanges are not applicable on discounted products.
  10. Pre-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  11. Products bought during sale are non-refundable. 

Eligible for Return

You may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt. Accessories, Customized styles, Pre-Order Products and Stitched Blouses are not returnable/exchangeable in anycase. So, we suggest you to refer to our size chart while placing the order OR chat with our customer support (Whatsapp chat available on homepage).

NOTE: Items on ‘SALE’ (or STOCK SALE) are not eligible for any kind of return or refund. These products once sold, will not be considered for any kind of exchange, return, or refund.

International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  3. If incase you want to return the products , the shipping , customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@singaarglobal.com, with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product after investigation
  6. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers .

Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

NOTE:

1) Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Singaar Global, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

3) As most of the products are handmade by local artisans, slight variation might be there in design to maintain its uniqueness. 

How to return

You can also escalate a return request by sending us an email to: info@singaarglobal.com. For further assistance, you can call/whatsapp on 9001501313. You can also return/exchange at our nearest store within 7 days of receipt. 

Credit Note

All items purchased from our website can be returned for credit note within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the credit note, which you will receive via mail/text within a week from the date of receipt to us. 

How to use the Credit Note

Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.

You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
