Singaar Global Cancellation Policy

We at Singaar Global; strive to offer best shopping experience to our customers. Therefore, we have a very easy cancellation policy to help our customers achieve maximum satisfaction while shopping at The key features of the policy are as follows:

Full Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, customers can:

  1. Log in to their account and raise a cancellation request.
  2. Call Singaar Global customer care at 9001501313.
  3. Send an email to to request for cancellation.
  4. Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Singaar Global warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Partial Order Cancellation

A partial cancellation of an order is not permitted. If a customer decides to cancel order partially, No refunds will be made to the customer.

Offer Based Cancellations

For order cancellations w. r. t. specific offers, we request you to go through the T & C page of that particular offer before raising cancellation request.

Violation Of Ethical Code & Cancellation Policy

If any order is placed with the intention to manipulate customer friendly policies of Singaar Global, that particular order/s will be cancelled immediately and, the customer will be blocked to make further purchases through Singaar Global. Also, we will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers placing orders through unethical means e.g. manipulating the offer terms and conditions / guidelines / website software code etc.

In addition to that if a customer is found placing fake / multiple / bulk orders and is also returning or cancelling his/her orders repeatedly, Singaarglobal reserves the right to block such customer and charge a heavy penalty on such orders which could result in less or no refund to the customer.

In case, Singaar Global finds that the SingaarCoins have been misused by a customer by manipulating the Email Id or Mobile Number; Singaar Global may cancel the order and no refund will be paid.

Singaar Global Return Policy

Return Policy In General

a) offers a 7 days easy return policy to all its customers.

b) A return request can be raisedby logging into customer’s account or by calling Singaar Global customer care at 9001501313 or by sending an email to with order details.

c) Once the return request is raised, customers are required to pack the product along with original packing material, tags, invoice & all the accessories. Please take a print out of RMA label and keep it inside the package ( Failing this may result in no refund). There are two options for shipping the return package:

  • For Prepaid orders: Inform us through mail or phone call to confirm the return, so that our team may help you schedule a return pickup through one of our shipping partners.
  • For COD orders: Ship the package through a reliable courier agency and share the tracking details with us ASAP.

d) Once the return package arrives our warehouse, our internal team will inspect the product/s for any damages / missing parts / accessories / tags etc. The refund will be issued after adjusting the amount against any of above damages.

NOTE: No refund will be issued if the original brand tags are removed or deformed.  

e) If it is found that a customer is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; Singaar Global reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user and block the user permanently.

Offer Specific Returns

For order returns w. r. t. specific offers, we request users to go through the T & C page of that particular offer before raising return request.

Return Policy in case of RTO

If a customer do not accept the delivery of the product and the order is returned back to us (RTA = Return To Origin), Singaarglobal reserves the right to charge upto 50% of the order value as charges towards designing expenses.

At Singaarglobal, we follow the JIT (Just in time) inventory model and, therefore the product is generally designed after the order is received. Therefore, if the customer do not accept the product, it become wastage of cost, material, time and effort.

Singaar Global Refund Policy

As the esteemed customers of Singaar Global, you are always honorable to us. We suggest you to go through our policies, guidelines and terms and conditions carefully. This will help you understand our obligations as well as your rights as Singaar Global customers. The clarity of thought will ultimately develop long term trust between you and Singaar Global.

Our single focus is to give you the most enjoyable shopping experience at Singaar Global. Therefore, we follow OTIFNE framework of order processing, where we check each order rigorously to ensure its, delivered: OT = On Time, IF = In Full, NE = with No error.

1)      In case, we are unable to ship your order due to any reason, your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping location is not covered by our shipping partners, we will automatically cancel your order and the refund will be issued.

2)      If the product delivered is wrong, damaged in transit, or completely different product is delivered, money will be refunded accordingly.

3)      We suggest our customers not to accept the damaged order or if the order is already opened. In case, you come to know that the product is damaged after opening the package, you must inform us through email to :, on the same day of delivery. If you fail to do that in the give time frame, then the customer will not be entitled to any free returns.

4) Returns are not allowed under SingaarCoin offer. And, if a customer returns the product or fails to accept the product, delivery charges of Rs.250 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Cycle:

The overall refund process generally takes approximately 10-15 working days. This includes time for RMA approval, product pickup, quality check of returned product, confirmation & issue of adjusted refund.
